I absolutely love my job! There is nothing that makes me happier than knowing my cakes have made a couple and their guests happy on their wedding day or to give the gift of cake for a special celebration or occasion. Being a part of the creative team involved in a wedding really motivates me and I take great pride in working for some fabulous venues in my area. I run my bespoke wedding and celebration cake business from my beautiful kitchen in the village of Charfield in South Gloucestershire. All of my lovingly baked creations are made here.  

I am a self taught baker and cake decorator however I have completed relevant cake decorating courses in order to develop my skills. These include wedding cake masterclasses, hand painting techniques, macaron making, royal icing techniques and more. All of which were taught by industry leading teachers.
I love to teach and to learn. When I'm not busy making and delivering cakes I am often found either teaching a cake making master class in my lovely kitchen, delivering a cake making demonstration or listening to an inspirational pod cast by some of the world's top cake artists!

I am privileged to be able to work alongside some of the most stunning venues in the Cotswolds and surrounding areas. I have had cakes featured in Wedding Cakes Magazine, Brides Magazine and Tatler.
